Online Childbirth Education Class $250
This class was birthed through my own personal experiences that led me on a journey to becoming the humble birth worker I am. Through my years of working side-by-side with incredibly wise women and powerful birthing mothers, I have gathered golden key points that encompass a deep knowledge in building a healthy foundation for birth preparation. This class will walk through practices for preparing the mind, body & spirit for labor, the physiological process of birth, evidence-based resources on interventions + procedures and equipping your partner to support that deep soulful level of birth. Access to this class is for one full month.
In person Childbirth Education Class $250
This class is packed with all the same information as the online class, but it will be in person. I believe that being fully present with each other gives the intimate edge and camaraderie can be shared. Questions + Answers can arise and flow freely. A nutritious stew will be served with refreshments. I recommend this stew for postpartum healing and will provide the recipe. I will also serve tea that I have specifically curated for pregnancy + labor health. There will be post-partum teas, broths and birth kits here for sampling and purchasing if desired. The online class will be included and available with 2 weeks full access.
Private Call for Birth Debrief $100
This is a one-hour call where you will have a safe space to speak freely about your birth experience. Although I am trained in birth and supporting you, I also know what it is like to be left wondering “how did that happen?” My own births threw me into the deep end of birth education. Now I have read countless educational books, studied in many classes + workshops and attended many births in various capacities. I can help unravel parts of your story no matter how long it has been.
Placenta Encapsulation $250
Over the years we have processed hundreds of placentas and have had a front row seat to the benefits of Placenta Encapsulation. All placentas are handled with the utmost professional care. We use both the Raw Method and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) method. The placenta is washed, steamed, cut into strips, dehydrated, ground into powder and placed into capsules. This is considered TCM, with the Raw Method, steaming is skipped. Here are some great benefits to placenta encapsulation: Accelerate postnatal recovery, Reduce bleeding, Increase iron levels, Higher energy, Increase healthy milk supply, Lower stress levels, Balance hormones and mood. Because of the nature of this, we can only service the high desert and surrounding areas and booking must be requested via email or text.
Placenta Tincture Add-on to Placenta Encapsulation $40
A long-lasting tincture can be very helpful, especially once the capsules are gone. The tincture takes a minimum of 6 weeks to be ready, whereas capsules can be taken immediately. Unlike the capsules, the shelf life on the tincture is essentially endless if stored properly. Store in a cool and dark area. What is a tincture? The word "tincture" is used to describe an extract of some plant or animal material in alcohol. This 4oz tincture can last and aid through menopause or hard menstrual cycles. It can be taken straight or added to juice if preferred.
Postpartum Herbal Kit $120
I have carefully put together an essential postpartum birth kit that will help ease and accelerate postpartum healing. All products are handcrafted in small batches. Here is what is included in this dynamic kit: Peri Spritz (4oz) bottle is a soothing spray that promotes healing & infection prevention to your bottom area. It can be sprayed directly to the area, drizzled into your peri wash bottle along with warm water then sprayed onto your bottom area during or after urination, and it should be sprayed onto pads or ice packs. Healing Salve (2oz) a powerhouse that has been known to heal many wounds over many years and it is especially great to use on sore nursing nipples and babies’ bottoms. Stop Bleed Tincture (1oz) is used to significantly reduce postpartum bleeding. Postpartum Tonic (2oz) made by Growing Up Rooted crafted to remedy the sensitive postpartum digestive system and support healthy lactation. Arnica tablets to aid in inflammation, tissue trauma and pain relief. Golden Seal Root Powder an antimicrobial that aids in prevention of infection and promotes drying for the umbilical cord.
