This space is something that I have dreamt about for so long. It seems to be continually expanding. I have so much to share and I hope that it brings joy to whomever it touches……

A little about me, I am married to the boy I fell for at 14 and we have five babies! We live on a little desert ranch where we raise our own meat, dairy and eggs. We home school and are heavily involved in our sports community.

Immediately after my third c-section, I was persuaded to tie my tubes. I regretted it while it was still happening. I carried the traumatic births and painful regret for so many years. I thought I was moving in a positive direction with that pain when I was in school to become a labor and delivery nurse, but things quickly shifted after attending my first homebirth. I switched paths to Midwifery, and it’s been the best decision. I have attended births in many capacities. I’ve witnessed, supported, assisted and have been the keeper of space for undisturbed psychological birth unfolding. Having such a variety of experience gave me the deepest appreciation for birth. My great great grandmother and great grandmother were partera’s in rural Mexico where they were of service to women birthing with no electricity or running water. Everything about my path feels led by the Lord. It also led me to the powerful pull on my heart to untie my tubes. I had a redemptive home birth after 3 c-sections with all my family and my amazing midwives by my side! And then I went on to have another miracle baby at home with just my husband and oldest daughter in attendance. We were in a beautiful flow together; I was riding the waves so well that my surges were not painful. My husband proudly caught our baby and it was thee most intimate & empowering experience for both of us. Now I am transitioning out of postpartum and supporting women and families again. When I link arms with you on your journey, I not only bring my experience but my whole heart.
